Ram Charan Puts Gowtam’s Film On Hold?

Ram Charan and Jersey director Gowtam Tinnanuri have been traveling for a long time. Ever since Gowtam made Jersey with Nani, he has caught Charan’s attention. Gowtam, in fact, narrated a story line to Charan as well. However, Charan was quite busy with SS Rajamouli’s RRR which took a chunk of his time and Covid-19 resulted in shooting delays. In between, Charan has signed Shankar’s film and the film’s shooting is progressing.

Meanwhile, Gowtam had moved on with Jersey Hindi remake for which he directed Shahid Kapoor. Though the film bagged decent reviews, it failed to set the BO on fire. The film was declared a colossal flop in Hindi.

Earlier, we heard that Gowtam would team up with Charan after the Jersey Hindi remake. But it is now learnt that the things have changed post Jersey failure in Hindi. Charan is said to have put Gowtam’s film on hold. Charan is currently focused on Shankar’s multi-lingual film. With this, Gowtam is now hunting for a hero for his next. More deets awaited.
