The Hyderabad Police have turned down approvals for the pre-release event of ‘Brahmastra’ that was supposed to be held at Ramoji Film City. The Hyderabad police cited Ganesh festival for denying the permission.
Young Tiger Jr NTR was finalised as the chief guest for ‘Brahmastra’ pre-release event and Tarak fans were anticipated to attend the event in huge numbers. The police who have already tightened up the security in view of the Ganesh festival, sensed that providing security at RFC would be difficult and so they turned down the approvals at the last minute.
With police declining permission, the team of Brahmastra decided to hold a press meet at Park Hyatt hotel and the good news is Tarak will be attending the event. Also a limited number of audiences are being allowed to this press meet along with the electronic and print media.
Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Nagarjuna and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles, is produced by Karan Johar. Director SS Rajamouli is presenting the Telugu version.
