Is Rajamouli The ‘Pedda Dikku’ Of Bollywood?

There is no doubt in saying that SS Rajamouli is currently the number one director in the Indian film industry. With the Baahubali series and RRR, he took Indian cinema to an international level. Now, Bollywood makers are using Rajamouli’s popularity to promote their films in the South.

As of now, Rajamouli is presenting the upcoming magnum opus Brahmastra in South India. He has been promoting the film relentlessly for the last few days. He has been participating in various TV shows along with the film’s lead actors, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

He also invited Jr NTR for the pre-release press meet that was held a few days ago. All these factors helped Brahmastra in generating a good buzz in Telugu states. The bookings in Hyderabad are exceptional compared to other metro cities.

If Brahmastra becomes a hit in Telugu states, then the entire credit will go to Rajamouli for sure. After that, it has to be seen if other Hindi filmmakers also start taking Rajamouli’s help in the future to promote their films here.

There is a fair chance of Rajamouli becoming a care-of-address for the success of Bollywood films in Telugu.

Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, Brahmastra will hit the theatres on September 9. Amitabh Bachchan, Akkineni Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy played the other pivotal roles in it.
