Child Actor Of India’s Oscar Entry Chhello, Dies

Very recently, the Film Federation of India (FFI) selected Gujarati Film Chhello Show (The Last Show) as India’s official entry to the upcoming Academy Awards. This morning, Actor Rahul Koli, who played a significant role in the film, passed away at the age of 10 years.

According to the reports, Rahul was suffering from leukaemia and he died on October 2, while undergoing treatment. It was heard that he was admitted to the hospital after he had a high fever and blood vomits. The doctors tried their best but couldn’t save him.

Chhello Show is slated for a worldwide release on October 14. Rahul’s father planned to take his son to the film in a cinema hall. He wept by saying that his son passed away before the release. It was stated that Rahul’s family will watch the film on the release day after performing his final rites at Hapa village in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Meanwhile, netizens and film lovers are devastated by the news and are sending condolences to the grieving family.
