‘Kantara’ Rishab Shetty Huge Fan Of Jr NTR Because..

One of the super successful dubbed movies in recent times at the Telugu box office is none other than “Kantara” featuring Rishab Shetty as the lead. He wrote the film and directed it too, thus taking the newest notion of heroes writing and directing themselves to the next level. And then, during the promotion of this film, Rishab spoke about his favourite Telugu hero big time. 

“I’m a huge fan of Telugu movies as we used to watch movies of legendary NTR, then Superstar Krishna garu, Chiranjeevi sir movies and Balayya’s films as well. But myself, I’m a huge fan of Jr NTR and there is a huge reason behind that” says Rishab Shetty, adding, “Jr NTR’s mother hails from our village only”. 

In fact, Jr NTR’s mother Shalini is a Kannadiga who hails from Kundapur, Karnataka and it is coming out that Rishab’s family knows her family pretty well. However, Rishab clarified that he just said that jokingly but loves Junior for his acting prowess, dancing talents and the way he carries each character he plays on his shoulders. 

After scoring a mega-blockbuster like “Kantara”, with Rishab saying that he’s a fan of NTR, fans of the RRR Superstar are going gaga over the revelation. Needless to say, the fandom for Telugu superstars is beyond the borders even before they started hitting the whole nation with their pan-India movies.
