Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy title launch event at Konda Reddy Buruju in Kurnool was a big success with a huge crowd gracing the occasion. The title poster where Balakrishna appeared in a massy avatar received a superb response in no time.
While speaking at the occasion producer Ravi Shankar said, “The film’s entire shoot will be completed in another 20 days. It is shaping up well. The movie has all the elements you saw in Samara Simha Reddy. It will bring back the memories of Samara Simha Reddy.”
Gopichand Malineni said, “Veera Simha Reddy is a film made as a fan of Balakrishna, who saw Samara Simha Reddy as a fan, and watched Samara Simha Reddy’s first day first show and spent an entire day in jail. Veera Simha Reddy will give the same vibration that Samarasimha Reddy gave. It will exceed all your expectations. Veera Simha Reddy is going to explode for Sankranthi. I was fortunate to direct Balakrishna.
Still, 20 days of shooting is left pending. But this movie will become a blockbuster if it’s released even now. There is so much stuff in this movie. I will disclose a dialogue uttered by Balakrishna. ‘Veera Simha Reddy, Puttindi Pulicherla, Chadivindi Ananthapuram, ruling Kurnool.’ Mythri Movie Makers made this movie without compromising on anything. Thaman’s music is going to be extraordinary. The story is set in Rayalaseema backdrop. It’s the story of Royal Simham (lion). So, we wanted to hold the title launch in Kurnool.”
