Box Office: Karthi’s Sardar Heading To Dominate?

Like we said already, almost all four films that have released other day got a similar kind of talk but who would pull more audience to the theatres depends on the star power of the lead actor. And it looks like Tamil hero Karthi, who is enormously loved by the Telugu audience, is having a grand time in Telugu states’ theatres now. 

Box office figures are indicating that Karthi’s Sardar started getting that positive talk and has seen fulls in the second shows, while both Vishwaksen’s Ori Devuda and Siva Karthikeyan’s Prince got an average opening. At the same time, Manchu Vishnu’s Ginna got average talk at B&C Centers. If we take figures from a happening movie place like Krishna District alone, this trend is clearly visible. 

While Sardar collected ₹14+ lakhs gross from Krishna District alone on Friday, Kantara, Ori Devuda and Prince collected around ₹8.4+ lakhs gross from the same place. Two weeks old Godfather made just ₹2.2+ lakhs gross, while Ginna collected only ₹1.8+ lakhs gross from the district. Looks like Ginna should have opted for a solo release, while Sardar should have promoted the well to maximize their revenues.
