Star Heroine On Pain Killers To Shoot For Her Film

Bollywood starlet Janhavi Kapoor is coming up with back-to-back releases whether in theatres or on OTT platforms. This Friday (Nov 4th) she will be hitting cinemas with “Mili”, a remake of the Malayalam super hit “Helen”, by the same director Mathukutty Xavier. While the trailer of the film sounded pretty interesting as the heroine gets locked inside a freezer and the whole story revolves around finding her, Janhavi says that it’s not that easy to carve out this movie.

In fact, director Mathukutty Xavier is said to have shot the movie in a real freezer whose temperature is set at 15 degrees Celsius and the star heroine used to spend almost 15 hours inside it. First of all, she gained nearly 7.5 kilograms for the movie, and then she has to spend inside the freezer for the shoots. “For the majority of the day, my role involved crying inside that freezer and that took a toll on my mental health. When I reach home, I used to feel like still inside that freezer only. When I fell ill during the shoot, I took severe painkillers for 2-3 days” says Janhavi Kapoor.

While being super glamorous and doing eye-candy films on one side, Janhavi is really impressing everyone out there with these types of artistic and offbeat movies too. This is her second remake in recent times as her previous film “Good Luck Jerry” is a remake of the Tamil film “Kolamavu Kokila”. Janhavi is expecting that the theatrical release of the movie is going to give a thrilling experience for the audience.
