2022: A Dark Year For Ghattamaneni Family!

2022 turned out to be a dark year for the Ghattamaneni family and especially for Superstar Mahesh Babu. Three of his immediate family members passed away this year in a span of just a few months.

Mahesh Babu’s elder brother Ramesh Babu passed away on January 8, 2022. He died from the effects of liver disease. Ramesh Babu was a noted actor. He also produced Mahesh Babu’s films like Arjun and Athithi.

On September 28th, Superstar Krishna’s first wife and Mahesh Babu’s mother Indira Devi breathed her last. She died of long-lasting health issues. It was a huge loss for Mahesh personally as he was very close to his mother. He had to take a break from work and go on a vacation for a few days to get himself in the right mental state.

In less than two months, Mahesh lost his father Krishna now. We all know both of them shared a close bonding with each other. Mahesh often publicly expressed how much he loves his father and how much he owes him. This is going to be an irreplaceable loss for him.

Losing three family members in a year is traumatising for any human being. We all pray to God to give strength to Mahesh Babu and his family members in these testing times. Stay Strong Mahesh!
