Home tours are the popular thing these days, as every celebrity, ranging from a small-time YouTuber to a big Superstar is showcasing what is inside their houses. Though some houses show the kind of living these superstars are into, some showcase the grandeur and money. And some showcase what it takes to really build an exotic home and that’s what diva Janhvi Kapoor has shown us now.

For the popular Vogue Magazine, now Janhvi Kapoor has done a home tour but this is not her father’s Mumbai residence. She took the viewers on a tour of her mother Sridevi’s old property in Chennai, which is modified, rebuilt and redesigned after the legendary actress’ death. Going by the details Janhvi has given, most of the furniture, artefacts, sculptures and paintings inside this house are handpicked by Sridevi from across the world. Even Sridevi has painted a few artworks for this house, and Janhvi and her sister Kushi’s paintings were also kept there.

The house was actually brought by Sridevi when she is at the peak of her career in the south film-lands. While Janhvi also says that her mom-dad’s secret marriage pictures were also kept there, she revealed that the house was rebuilt as Boney Kapoor wants to make sure that this will be living memory of Sridevi for them. No doubt, the house is a symbol of Janhvi’s childhood and Sridevi’s life.
