Tamil Anchor Hopes On Telugu Debut

There will be some popular anchors who always try to make their presence on the silver screen but only a few of them actually succeed. While we have Swathi Reddy doing a fantastic job on the screen for a while after coming up from a hosting background, then the likes of Rashmi Gautham haven’t impressed much. Here comes this Tamil anchor now. 

Beautiful lady Priya Bhavani Shankar is known for her TV acts in the Tamil circuit and she is a popular anchor in the sambar land. And then she made her film debut five years ago and carved a name for herself as she impressed with the recent film, Danush’s Thiru as well. But then, her Telugu debut took huge time and she has to face lots of unexpected hurdles too. 

The 32-year-old was initially supposed to say ‘hi’ to the Telugu audience with Manchu Manoj’s Aham Brahmasmi, but that film got shelved without any clue. Later she was rumoured to be part of Nithin’s movie, but that remained only a rumour. Finally, she has done a Telugu film titled “Kalyanam Kamaneeyam” with Santosh Shoban and hasn’t even publicised a bit about it.

However, with the film’s release locked for Sankranthi 2023 season, the actress is looking forward to getting relief as that would officially mark her debut in Tollywood.
