Apparently, rumours have already surfaced that star heroine Shruti Haasan started to feel uneasy at the Ongole pre-release event of “Veera Simha Reddy” as she was said to be coughing hugely after the show got over. Later it has come out that she went for a Covid test as well, and rumours surfaced that she indeed contracted the coronavirus. Here is what Megastar Chiru has to tell about it.
On Sunday morning, Shruti dropped a bomb saying that she can’t attend the pre-release event of Waltair Veerayya in Vizag due to ill health. “I’m heartbroken for not being able to attend the event. I’m super unwell and just couldn’t make it today” she wrote on her social media page. Even Chiru revealed the same but added that the star heroine also got her Covid test done and hoped that she didn’t get the virus.
“I wonder what might have she eaten in Ongole, or someone might have blackmailed her there” quipped Chiranjeevi, quite jokingly hinting about Shruti’s presence at “Veera Simha Reddy” pre-release event in Ongole along with Nandamuri Balakrishna. This dialogue immediately split everyone at the Waltair Veerayya event in Vizag into huge laughs.
