Though being a contestant of the Miss India pageant hasn’t helped Bangalore girl Srinidhi Shetty in any way, starring in a mega pan India blockbuster like “KGF” has made her a household name across the country. But the biggest mystery is that, despite starring in the two films of the KGF franchise, she is yet to sign any other big films.
Other than Vikram’s Cobra which failed to click at the box office, Srinidhi hasn’t bagged any other big film in the south. Some say that her unusual remuneration demand of more than ₹5 crores is not bringing any film to her. However, it is now coming out that she might have signed her next, and that happens to be a Telugu movie with a senior hero.
Director Sailesh Kolanu of HIT and HIT2 fame is said to have narrated a crime thriller to senior hero Venkatesh and very soon the film might take off. For the same movie, they are said to have approached Srinidhi to play the female lead and buzz is coming out that she said yes immediately. Let’s wait for official confirmation anyway.
