This ₹180 Cr Grosser Is Not Mahesh’s Film

Ever since the Telugu reviews of “Varasudu” haven’t come out pretty positive, director Vamsi Paidipally is completely upset with film critics. However, with the film making ₹180 crores gross after the first weekend from Tamil, and Telugu in all the regions together, the director is completely going crazy on the reviews and also revealing interesting things.

When quizzed about why Mahesh Babu rejected this movie after he has done “Maharshi” with him, Vamsi clarified that the story he has narrated to the Superstar is not Varasudu. “I’ve narrated another story to him, but that film didn’t materialise because of the prior commitments Mahesh has” said Vamsi Paidipally.

But then, everyone could remember the fact that Mahesh hasn’t okayed any film for more than a year and waited for Vamsi to narrate a proper script if the whole timeline of the past could be remembered.

At the same time, Vamsi also revealed that Varasudu is being received quite well by the audience and advised media folks to learn to respect the hard work being made by filmmakers.
