Shah Rukh’s Time Aagaya!

After a four-year-long hiatus, Bollywood’s Baadhshah Shah Rukh Khan is back on the big screen with his new film Pathaan. Since Chennai Express, Shah Rukh didn’t have a big hit at the box office. Pathaan has ended his decade-long hit drought.

Shah Rukh has come back and that too in style. Pathaan was released on January 25 and is having a sensational run at the box office. It is all set to break all records and will most likely cross the magical 1000-crore mark as well.

The Hindi film industry has been in trouble for the last couple of years as all big films failed to do well at the box office. Finally, King Khan came to its rescue. Pathaan’s humongous success is a big relief to Bollywood.

His upcoming lineup is more exciting. Shah Rukh’s next film is Jawan, which will hit the screens in June. It is being directed by Tamil filmmaker Atlee, who is known for delivering commercial blockbusters. As Bollywood is in need of another commercial blockbuster like Pathaan, Jawan might become that much-needed success.

After that, he will come up with Dunki in December 2023. This movie is being helmed by Raj Kumar Hirani, who has a 100% successful track record in a two-decade-old career. None of his films failed at the box office until now. This is the first time Shah Rukh is teaming up with Hirani and thus, there are high expectations around it.

On the whole, the success of Pathaan raised anticipation over Jawan and Dunki too. The track record of those films’ directors is making Shah Rukh fans more excited than ever.
