Motivation Video: Samantha Says, ‘I Can Love Me Better’

Once again, Samantha has shared a workout video of her where she is doing the back-and-shoulders workout by pulling the weighted strings in a seated position. While her workout itself is a stunner, on the other hand, Samantha added background music to it, sharing that she loves to hear the song ‘Flowers’ by Miley Cyrus while pumping iron. The song goes by the lyrics ‘I can love me better than you’, and that itself is another goosebumps inducing one. On a whole, Samantha has come up with a terrific motivational video.

Even though she is diagnosed with muscle inflammation condition, the actress makes sure to get the right diet and hit the gym all the time to stay in shape. By the way, this new gym equipment is from Samantha’s new home in Mumbai where she is currently staying, such that she would be close to the sets of her upcoming Citadel web series.
