This Publicity Stunt Backfires?

The strong fanbase that stands by ace producer Allu Arvind might not agree with this, but the talk in film circles is that the extra-mile publicity done by the ace producer and his wingman Bunny Vasu for the latest film is not getting positive attention. Yes, we are talking about Kiran Abbavaram’s Vinaro Bhagyamu Vishnu Katha and how the trailer launch event turned out to be a nightmare.

Apparently, this film deals with the concept of connecting your phone-number neighbours and how the heroine and hero invite trouble into their lives after contacting the persons that are next to their phone number. To demonstrate this in live, both Allu Arvind and Bunny Vasu, the producers of the movie, have called their number neighbours. While Arvind called a neighbour of one of his assistants as he used the assistant’s phone to make the call, Bunny Vasu called from his mobile directly.

Ever since that happened, many youngsters are said to be calling their number neighbours and if that’s a girl on the other side, they are teasing them and trying to get close to them. As per some of the Telugu members, right now many folks are hating why Arvind and Vasu gave a live demonstration about this concept, rather than leaving the trailer to the people and letting them decide what to do.

Some say that this happening is actually creating a negative impact on the film but few felt that there is no such thing. Anyway, for now, the number neighbour concept brought attention to this Kiran Abbavaram starrer, and we have to see how it happens. The film is hitting cinemas on Feb 18th.
