RRR set to create history in Japan

It’s been almost a year since it was released but still, there is no stopping for the rampage of RRR at the box office. Especially, this action epic is having a sensational run in Japan. It is now heading towards the magical 1 billion mark in that country.

RRR’s Japanese version was released in October 2022. Since its release, the Japanese audience accepted the film with wide warms and gave it a phenomenal response in their country.

Already, RRR became the highest-grossing Indian film in Japan by surpassing the 24-year record of Superstar Rajinikanth’s Muthu. According to the latest trade reports, RRR has collected around 950 million Japanese Yen until now. Within a few days, it will surpass the magical one billion mark as well.

Once it crosses the mark, it will become the first-ever Indian film to collect one billion dollars Japanese Yen in Japan. It will be another feather in the cap for sure.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, RRR features Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles. Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris and Alia Bhatt played key roles in it.
