Nagarjuna’s 100th Film: Chiru’s Director Onboard?

Earlier, after looking at the result of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Godfather in theatres, Akkineni Nagarjuna has taken the decision of putting the project with director Mohan Raja on the back burner. But it looks like the senior hero now realised that even masala films don’t do justice all the time.

Cancelling the project of Mohan Raja, actually Nagarjuna okayed writer Prasanna Kumar’s script and is currently going ahead with the pre-production of the film. However, sources have now revealed that the actor once again got in touch with Mohan Raja as he couldn’t get over the two-heroes script narrated by the proven filmmaker. And if all goes well, that project will become the 100th film of Nagarjuna with his younger son Akhil playing the other hero’s role.

Already Nagarjuna has done a couple of films with Chay, including Manam and Bangarraju, and he is looking forward to teaming up with Akhil for a long time. Looks like his 100th film will be that memorable occasion and Mohan Raju’s story is quite apt for the same, say insiders. Let’s see what happens.
