Ranbir Kapoor Inspired By Allu Arjun’s Pushpa

Pushpa is undeniably a landmark film in Icon Star Allu Arjun’s career. It also expanded his market on a national level and also unleashed his potential as an actor. The success of Pushpa made Allu Arjun a pan-India star. Now, there are a lot of expectations built around Pushpa 2.

Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor is also a fan of Arjun’s performance in Pushpa. During a promotional event of his upcoming film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar, Ranbir opened up about the performances and movies that impacted him.

He said that Allu Arjun’s performance in Pushpa, Alia Bhatt’s performance in Gangubai Kathiawadi and the film RRR had impacted him both as an actor and audience, in the recent past.

Going by his choices, it looks like Ranbir fell for character-driven films. After Rockstar, he didn’t do any character-driven films. His next film Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, will be a character-driven story. We have to see if Ranbir can deliver a memorable and impactful performance in that movie.
