DJ Tillu
Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s “DJ Tillu” is a massive hit not for the characterisation of the hero or the glamour dose of heroine alone, but the film’s songs are a super hit even before the release. Especially the two songs, DJ Tillu title song and Pataas Pilla song are a sensation on YouTube. Here is the shocker, however.
On Saturday evening, everyone got shocked to find out that DJ Tillu video songs and lyrical videos are pulled out from YouTube. The songs are not available on any channel including that of the audio rights owner or that of the producer, Sithara Entertainment. For reasons unknown, all the videos related to the songs are pulled out. While the OTT streaming rights of DJ Tillu are with Aha, even Aha video is not showcasing the songs of the film on their official YouTube channel.
Usually, when there are copyright issues, songs will be pulled out from YouTube or any other music/video sharing platform. But then, with songs not found on any other YouTube Channel, many are wondering what exactly is the issue. While DJ Tillu title song is composed by Ram Miriyala, the rest of the songs are composed by Sricharan Pakala. The background music of the movie was scored by SS Thaman.
