Like it was speculated that Naatu Naatu from RRR will be performed live at the Oscars, but not by Ram Charan and NTR.
Apt to that Naatu Naatu is being nominated in the original song category for the Oscars, the original singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava will be performing the song live at the 95th Academy Awards on Sunday, March 12 this year. The Academy Awards official handle today confirmed it.
The movie RRR has been getting appreciation and the actors, technicians are being accolated for their work in many instances worldwide. The Naatu Naatu song already won the prestigious Golden Globe Award in the original song category and the RRR team won five awards at the Hollywood Critics Choice Awards.
RRR is just one step away from winning the Oscars and if Naatu Naatu wins, it is going to start an entirely new era for Indian cinema on the world map. Let us wait until March 12 to see if Naatu Naatu will be it.
