There is always a special interest for movie buffs to watch crime thrillers and the presence of a star hero with a popular director helming it, then the experience will be of the next level. Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja played the titular role in Ravanasura directed by Sudheer Varma. The film’s teaser has been dropped just a while ago.
The 66-second-long video shows the premise and the main characters of the movie, without disclosing the core point. Heroes don’t exist is the tagline and in fact, nobody looks like a hero, but a villain in the teaser. Particularly, Ravi Teja startles us with his villainy acts. Seems like the story revolves around a crime. Sushanth has no single dialogue. But his presence too makes big difference. Jayaram appeared as an investigative officer.
The teaser gives us a nail-biting experience. It’s Ravi Teja’s show all the way. He seems to have delivered the best performance of his career so far. The variations he showed in his character blows our minds. The dialogue where Ravi Teja warns Sushanth, “Sita Ni Theeskellalente Samudram Daatithe Saripodu… Ee Ravanasurunni Daati Vellali…” defines the viciousness of the character.
Surely, this teaser with top-notch cinematography by Vijay Kartik Kannan, and pulsating BGM by Harshavardhan Rameswar and Bheems Ceciroleo sets high expectations. Abhishek Nama and Ravi Teja together produced and the production design looks lavish.
Ravanasura will be arriving in cinemas on April 7th.
