The much-anticipated Academy Awards ceremony was held the other day at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. As expected, RRR’s Naatu Naatu won the Best Original Song award and made Indians proud on an international stage.
With that one historic win, RRR and its team shook the entire social media. Reportedly, Jr NTR and Ram Charan became the ‘Male mentions’ at the Oscars.
A Silicon Valley-based AI-powered consumer & market intelligence company Netbase Quid shared a list of top mentions across social and news media over the past 24 hours.
Among Male Mentions, Jr NTR topped the list. Ram Charan stood in the second position. Best Supporting Actor winner Ke Huy Quan is in third position. Best Actor winner Brendan Fraser is in the fourth position. Mexican actor Pedro Pascal secured the fifth position.
Among top mentioned films, RRR secured the top place. It was followed by The Elephant Whisperers, Everything Everywhere All At Once, All Quiet on the Western Front and Argentina 1985.
