Former minister Perni Nani mocked Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan for speaking about social engineering even when he does not know the number of sub-castes in BCs, SCs and STs. He does not even have knowledge of which caste goes into which reservation, Nani ridiculed.
The former minister said that Pawan Kalyan was a disoriented political leader lacking basic knowledge of what is necessary for politics.
At the same time, he also criticised senior Kapu leader Harirama Jogaiah for trying to make Pawan Kalyan a hero even while the latter is hinting at being subordinate to the TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu. Pawan Kalyan had spoken of lofty goals and ideals by citing Che Guevera but now, after deciding to go with Chandrababu, Che had disappeared into the air.
Taking a swipe at the Jana Sainiks, he said that they keep whistling all the time to divert people’s attention from what their leader Pawan Kalyan speaks as he does not have consistency. Pawan lacks coherence in his speech, Nani said.
As usual, Perni Nani was all praises for Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and said that there is no other state in the country where social engineering is being done in a just manner like in the Andhra Pradesh. “Right from providing employment, distribution of power, implementation of welfare schemes to government decisions, Jagan’s rule is meticulously observing social engineering,” he said.
Even the BJP government at the Centre is not able to go for the type of social engineering followed by Jagan, he said.
