Keeravani Emotional For Carpenter’s Post

Music composer MM Keeravani is a very composed man. Throughout RRR’s Oscar journey, Keeravani hasn’t got emotional at all, admitted by director SS Rajamouli. “My brother has neither got emotional when Naatu Naatu was nominated for 95th Academy Awards nor when Naatu Naatu song won Oscar under Best Original Song,” said SS Rajamouli.

But guess what? MM Keeravani’s eyes filled with tears when he saw appreciation from none other than acclaimed musician Richard Carpenter whom he admires the most. Richard Carpenter along with his daughters sung the ‘Top of the world’ and congratulated Keeravani, Chandrabose and the RRR team.

“To @mmkeeravani and @chandraboselyricist: Heartfelt congratulations on your win for Best Original Song. Here is a little something from our family to you and yours,” wrote Richard Carpenter on his Instagram post along with the video.

It can be noted that MM Keeravani on Oscars stage showed his love for Carpenter and sang the ‘Top of the world’ song in his own way. This touched Richard Carpenter and his fans.
