Can Custody Fulfil Chay’s Long-lasting Dream?

Every hero of this generation tries to get a mass image because it sustains stardom for a long time. Akkineni actor Naga Chaitanya is no exception. He has been trying to get a mass image since his debut but didn’t succeed in doing so.

Naga Chaitanya tried to get a mass image with his first film Josh but the film ended up as a flop. Later, he did a class film in the form of Ye Maya Chesave and it went on to become a blockbuster.

After that, Chay tried to get a mass image with films like Dhada, Thadaka, Bezawada, Autonagar Surya and Yuddham Sharanam. But none of them brought him that mass fanbase. All his hits like 100% Love, Manam, Premam, Majili and Love Story were class stories.

Naga Chaitanya is now coming up with Custody, which Venkat Prabhu directs. He plays the role of a constable in it. The teaser of this film was released recently. The film is an action drama. Venkat Prabhu is known for delivering big hits in Tamil. So, he is the right choice for Chay to score a mass hit. Thus, Chay and his fans are pinning high hopes on Venkat Prabhu. It has to be seen if Custody becomes that much-needed mass hit for Chay.

Custody features Krithi Shetty as the female lead. It is slated for a grand release on May 12 in both Tamil and Telugu.
