#AgentTalks: Reddy Asking For More Time Now?

Last year in August, actually the release of Akhil’s Agent movie should happen but director Surender Reddy was not satisfied with the final product so he wants to postpone the release. And that led to a huge delay and the film missed January dates and now finally stood on the marquee for April 28th release. And here is what we are hearing now.

Rumours are popping up that even after the completion of the Muscat schedule recently where they have canned a high-octane action sequence, the director still has to complete a song and some sequences for the film. They say that Surender Reddy has requested producer Anil Sunkara to give more time for the release such that he could wrap all those pending works peacefully. However, the producer is hell-bent on that date as interest on the loans is mounting big as the film overshot the budget by miles.

Producer Anil Sunkara is said to have clarified to Surender Reddy that they will go for the release of “Agent” on 28th April at any cost even if that song is incomplete. Also with big releases all around the year, missing out on summer will be a costly mistake and the producer doesn’t want that to happen.
