Nani: My Intention Is Not To Demean Sukumar

In recent times, especially during the promotions of Dasara movie, every single comment made by Nani are getting umpteen attention. Especially the way he is getting ready to release the film in 5 languages but still refuses to call it a pan-India movie, and how he is making comments about other stuff related to the film industry is getting brutally trolled.

One such comment is that when asked by why he risked doing a pan-India film with a newcomer, Nani stated that even those directors who made pan-India movies are newcomers in all the other four languages than Telugu like a Sukumar who carved Pushpa.

Talking about the same, he has now clarified, “My intention is not to demean Sukumar garu, but I’ve stated that when he made Pushpa, he’s a newcomer in other languages than Telugu, like how my director is a newcomer even in Telugu”. Well, that might satisfy the actor’s fans but not film lovers who love logic.

While Sukumar might be a fresher for Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada folks at the time of “Pushpa”, he’s a legend in Telugu with blockbusters to his name. Comparing Sukumar and newcomer Srikanth Odela on any note is surely uninteresting, which is what Nani refuses to accept.
