Puri’s Search For Hero Continues!

Director Puri Jagannadh has seen several highs and lows in his career. Yet he is unfazed by his failures and always bounced back from lows. Recently, Puri delivered a disaster with Liger. The film which was supposed to be the launchpad for Vijay Deverakonda in Bollywood has failed miserably and backfired for both Vijay and Puri. Vijay has moved onto Kushi and also signed a film VD12 with Gowtam Tinnanuri under Sithara banner.

However, Puri’s struggle continues. Earlier, Puri had met Chiranjeevi and tried to narrate a story to Ram Charan whom he had launched with Chirutha. However, things haven’t materialised. Hot under the heels of RRR’s global success, Charan has a very kickass line-up including Shankar’s film RC15.

With this, Puri has knocked the doors of young hero Ram Pothineni with whom he delivered iSmart Shankar, the comeback film for both Ram and Puri.

RaPo is currently busy with Boyapati’s film. Puri is pinning high hopes on Ram. As of now, Puri’s struggles are continuing. He is also trying to rope in Balayya. We have to wait and see where Puri’s search for his next hero ends.
