Telugu Serial Actress Commits Suicide

TV actress Sravani has committed suicide. Sravani, who was popular with Manasu Mamata serial in ETV and Mouna Ragam serial in Star Maa, has taken an extreme step following harassment from a guy.

She was found hanging to the ceiling on Tuesday night in her apartment in Madhura Nagar. Family members rushed her to a nearby hospital, but in vain. Doctors declared that she was brought dead.

According to media reports, Sravani had met a person through Tiktok. The person had developed a friendship with Sravani and proposed to her. He said to have taken photos with Sravani and started demanding money from her.

While she initially budged to his pressure, as the harassment increased, she couldn’t take it further. Apparently, he blackmailed her that he would publish the pictures of them out. Sravani had registered a police complaint at SR Nagar police station against the person on the charges of harassment.

Sravani’s family members alleged that the person had intensified his harassment and this forced Sravani to end her life. Family members of Sravani had demanded severe punishment for the culprit. SR Nagar police have registered the case.
