Sukumar is one of the innovative and creative directors in Telugu cinema. He has a good share of hits and flops in his career. Jagadam and 1: Nenokkadine were theatrical flops when released. But over the years, these two movies gained a cult following among audiences.
It is known that the re-release trend is going on in Tollywood these days. Many old films are being re-released and celebrated in theatres. Now, Sukumar’s wife, Tabitha Sukumar, wants Jagadam and 1: Nenokkadine to be re-released.
Speaking in an interview, she said that she wanted to know if the audience changed their mindsets or not. She is curious how Jagadam and 1: Nenokkadine will be received if they are re-released in theatres. We have to see if anyone fulfills Tabitha’s wish.
Meanwhile, Tabitha runs a premium laundry service company called Laundry Kart. She also looks after her husband’s production house, Sukumar Writings. On the flip side, Sukumar is currently busy with the shoot of Pushpa 2. It is expected to hit the screens in early 2024.
