Ponniyin Selvan – 2 Sneak Peek Helping With Hype?

As the release of Mani Ratnam’s highly anticipated film Ponniyin Selvan 2 draws closer, the makers have treated fans with a sneak peek video, creating more excitement among the audience. This comes after the release of the film’s trailer a few weeks ago, which received an overwhelming response.

The two-minute video begins with Karthi’s character, Vanthiyadevan, looking exhausted and tied up by the Pandyas after facing an attack. He is seen trying to escape when an old man approaches him. Vanthiyadevan is initially panicked by the old man’s appearance and moves but soon realizes that it is Azhwarkadiyan Nambi, played by Jayaram, disguised as an old man.

The sneak peek video seems to have created a buzz among the audience, generating hype for Ponniyin Selvan 2. The film’s first part, Ponniyin Selvan 1, had a massive opening day collection of 80 crores, and expectations are high for the sequel to performing equally well or even better.

The film Ponniyin Selvan, based on the classic Tamil novel of the same name by Kalki Krishnamurthy, boasts a stellar cast including Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and others.
