Aamir Khan
After a lengthy break following the failed box office performance of Laal Singh Chaddha, the star has been spotted making several trips to Hyderabad in recent weeks. There is speculation in the movie industry that Aamir Khan is searching for his next project.
Reports have emerged that Khan is discussing collaboration opportunities with producer Allu Aravind, who he last visited three months ago to discuss an unconfirmed project idea. Sources close to the actor confirmed that talks are still in their preliminary stages; however, they remain confident that conversations will continue and progress into something greater soon.
Reports are coming in that Aamir Khan, who brilliantly played the role of Sanjay Singhania in the 2008 revenge drama Ghajini, has been in discussions with producer Allu Aravind regarding a possible sequel. While it’s difficult to discern what other projects may be under consideration, sources have hinted that these two top-level figures could soon commence work on the highly anticipated Ghajini 2 project. But then, will they do the sequel without AR Murugadoss directing it? Or will they find a new script and new director is something to be seen.
Although nothing is confirmed yet, they have reportedly been discussing ideas since their last four or five meetings. Additionally, word has it that Khan has also been offered Prashanth Neel’s Pan-India film with Jr. NTR as part of ongoing talks.
