Krithi Shetty paired opposite Naga Chaitanya for the second time for Custody, after Bangarraju. The actress shared her experiences of working for the movie, besides disclosing some interesting aspects.
Revealing the uniqueness of the story, Krithi affirms, “In almost every movie, the hero tries to kill the villain. But in Custody, the hero tries to save the villain, which is the interesting aspect of the movie.”
Krithi says her character comes to balance things, when there will be seriousness in the narrative. “My character travels all along. It has scope to perform. It is a lengthy role. I practiced gymnastics for the movie. It is an action entertainer with thrilling elements. I told Venkat Prabhu that I will get a call from Marvel Studios after this film (laughs).”
Krithi is happy to share screen space with Naga Chaitanya again. “Naga Chaitanya is not only my favorite actor, but also a favorite person. Our on and off screen chemistry worked because of the comfort level with him.”
The actress says Venkat Prabhu used to call her rowdy on the sets (laughs). Personally, I am a little rowdy. It was such a nice feeling working with actors like Arvind Swami, Sharath Kumar, Sampath and Vennala Kishore.”
Custody is gearing up for release on May 12th.
