Samantha Clarifies Big Doubt On Citadel

Queen bee Samantha is hard at work shooting her upcoming web series Citadel, and she has been sharing glimpses of her progress on Instagram stories. After watching the trailer and three episodes of Priyanka Chopra’s Hollywood version of Citadel, some people had doubts about the dramatic bed scenes featured in the show and if Samantha could pull them off. Here’s a clarity.

In fact, it appears that a dubbed Telugu version has also already been released in India, so why does it require a separate shoot with Indian actors? In response to these questions, Samantha has clarified.

Samantha explained that her upcoming film is not a remake; rather, each country has its own version of the story. Varun Dhawan and Samantha have the leading roles in the Indian version which will have a concept connection with the original but not an exact frame-by-frame remake.

On the other hand, the upcoming movie Khushi, starring Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha, has finished most part of its filming. The remaining shooting will continue at full speed until completion.
