In Talk: Samantha’s New Apartment In Hyd

Busy actresses Raashi Khanna, Pooja Hegde and Samantha all own a house in Hyderabad. Although these notable stars hail from various parts of India – Chennai, Mumbai and New Delhi respectively – they’ve found the convenience of having permanent lodgings in Hyderabad advantageous to their frequent business trips here. It’s much more convenient than staying in hotels!

Samantha has been living in a lavish home in Gachibowli since she parted ways with her ex-partner, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, back in 2021. But that house was originally bought by Chay-Sam together, and her former husband was said to have walked out of the house. However, it was recently reported that the queen bee purchased another impressive property: a duplex flat at Jayabheri Orange County in Hyderabad, for an estimated cost of ₹ 7.8 crores.

According to reports, this lavish abode has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft – 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor – making it an ideal luxurious residence fit for Samantha. Very soon one can expect a dozen pictures related to the actress’ house on her own Instagram account.

Samantha’s investments go far beyond the property. She owns the clothing brand Saaki and has provided a seed round for the food startup Nourish You. She also launched Millet Milk, a vegan-friendly and lactose-free milk alternative, as well as made an investment in the Lip Balm Company, founded by Nayanthara. No doubt, is clearly a savvy investor!
