The India House Has Company! Another Savarkar Movie Coming

It is not uncommon for two or more filmmakers to make movies on similar concepts. There were times when there were two movies released at around the same time on Bhagat Singh. It looks like it is happening again. The recent announcement of The India House triggered a ton of controversies, there is another movie coming on Veer Savarkar in Bollywood.

Titled ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ actor Randeep Hooda is directing and acting in the movie with the caption ‘Who Killed His Story’.

Randeep Hooda announced the movie with the first look poster and wrote, ‘The most wanted Indian by the British. The inspiration behind revolutionaries like – Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh & Khudiram Bose. Who was #VeerSavarkar? Watch his true story unfold!’

There are not many details about the story of The India House, this Randeep Hooda film seems to be a direct film on Savarkar. Well, it has to be seen if both films have a different vantage point to a similar story of Savarkar.

Already, Ram Charan’s production The India House is attracting criticism for supporting the ‘propaganda’ politics, Randeep Hooda also just started receiving it.
