After the release of ‘Ginna,’ actor Manchu Vishnu has not yet announced his next film. Similarly, his father, Collection King Mohan Babu, has also taken his time to finalize his future projects following the failure of ‘Son of India’ to impress the audiences.
On Thursday, Mohan Babu visited Tirumala and, after the darshan of Lord Venkateswara, revealed minor details about his upcoming project. Mohan Babu disclosed that he is planning a film with his elder son, Manchu Vishnu, which will have a budget of Rs 100 crore.
“Vishnu and I will star in the film, and we have allocated a budget of Rs 100 crore. It is too early to reveal more details. Let’s discuss it some other time,” said Mohan Babu outside the Tirumala temple.
A budget of Rs 100 crore is massive, considering the market value of the Manchu heroes. It carries a significant risk unless the film has compelling content that will captivate the audiences and bring them to the silver screen.
Another detail about this project is that the film will be set against the backdrop of Mohan Babu University, suggesting that it will have a social message for the audiences.
