Megastar Chiranjeevi is the first man to reach to Telangana government, asking them permission to kickstart shootings by following the guidelines issued by the Centre. However, his Acharya shoot never took off due to the fact that the film needs more than 100 people (cast and crew) each day to wrap the work. And that pushed his other producers into waiting and confusion now.
Produced by Ram Charan and Matinee Entertainment, Kortala Siva’s Acharya will be the top priority of Chiranjeevi, after which, he will be joining the shootings of remakes like Lucifer and Vedalam. But then, Chiru okayed director Bobby’s movie as well, which he wants to take up immediately after Acharya. That pushed producers NV Prasad and Anil Sunkara, who bagged the Telugu remake rights of Lucifer and Vedalam respectively into a confusion.
Apparently these producers are said to have invested huge money to own the rights of those movies and if Chiranjeevi delays making the movies, then the producers will be ending up paying huge interests for the loans fetched to buy the rights. Though Chiranjeevi asked VV Vinayak to re-work on Lucifer script, while Meher Ramesh is said to be taking care of Vedalam Telugu story, there is no official announcement regarding these two films till date.
