Promising hero Sree Vishnu’s previous films might not have worked well at the box office. But it didn’t deter the makers of Samajavaragamana in taking a bold step of holding early premieres. This risk seems to be paid off. The premieres all over received positive talk. Right from the word go, the film banks on humour. Well-written comedy scenes superbly worked for the film. The hero-heroine (Reba Monica John) chemistry has got the magic.
Revolving around a simple point on the relationship of hero-heroine, debutante director Ram Abbaraju managed to hold the interest on the film till the end. The first half is really cool with hilarious scenes. Sree Vishnu’s mannerisms, body-language added to the comedy. Interestingly, Sr Naresh’s character has the best moments in the film. His scenes have room in splits. The early conversations between the father-son duo did the trick.
The second-half is where the real story unfolds. Here the film has some highs and lows. Yet, it managed to deliver a decent entertainer. Audiences walk out with a satisfying feeling of watching a nice comedy after a longtime. Dialogues are clapworthy. Overall, Samajavaragamana is a hilarious ride that scores well. How the film performs in theatres and how audiences would receive it, that we have to wait and watch.
