Director Ajay Bhupathi, known for his debut film “RX100,” is returning with his new movie, “Mangalavaaram.” The film’s teaser has been released, giving a glimpse into the supernatural horror genre set in a village.
The teaser suggests that the villagers in the film live in constant fear, always looking up at the sky. There is an indication of a supernatural force tormenting them, possibly with a devotional aspect. The teaser creates an eerie atmosphere while keeping the full story under wraps. Actress Payal Rajput has landed a significant role in the film after a considerable gap.
The background score by Ajaneesh Loknath, known for his work in “Kantara,” adds to the teaser’s appeal, creating a spine-chilling experience. The cinematography is also praiseworthy.
“Mangalavaaram” features Krishna Chaitanya, Nanditha Swetha, Shravan Reddy, Ajay Ghosh, Azmal, Ravindra Vijay, Sri Tej, and Divya Pillai in key roles. Further details about the film’s release are expected to be announced soon. A Creative Works and Mudhra Media Works produce the movie.
