Rana Announces Hiranyakashipa & Lords Of The Deccan

‘Baahubali’ has catapulted Rana Daggubati to the national level of fame but then he hasn’t used that to the fullest by doing pan-India movies. However, his Netflix series Rana Naidu has put him back on track. But then, he has thrown the surprise by appearing at Comic-Con along with Prabhas, and by wearing a Project-K hoodie, but the real reason is different.

Apparently, Rana’s production house which also happens to be a newly established VFX company in Hyderabad, Spirit Media, has participated in Comic-Con San Diego 2023 event along with their production partners. In that event, Rana announced that he will be doing the highly anticipated VFX-centric mythological movie “Hiranyakashipa” for which Trivikram will provide the script.

At the same time, Rana’s company will also produce the historical story of Chalukyas as a web series for SonyLIV, and it is based on the book “Lords of the Deccan” and will be titled the same. Also, the production house will bring so many comics of Amar Chitra Katha to an animated life, while also producing some films as comics. Looks like Rana carved out some masterplans with his new production company.
