Recently, rumors about Samantha Ruth Prabhu have been circulating, suggesting that she received a substantial sum of 25 crores as financial assistance from a Telugu superstar to support her myositis treatment. However, the renowned actress has taken to her Instagram story to set the record straight and end these misleading reports.
In her candid statement, Samantha firmly denied receiving such an excessive amount for her medical treatment. She humorously expressed her surprise at the exaggerated figure, quipping that someone must have gotten a pretty bad deal if that were the case. The actress clarified that she does not need such a vast sum and can adequately care for herself.
“25 crores to treat myositis!? Someone got you a pretty bad deal. I am glad I am only spending the smallest fraction of that. And I don’t think I was paid in marbles for all the work I’ve done in my career. So I can easily take care of myself. Thank you. Myosotis is a condition thousands suffer from. Let’s, please be responsible with the information we put out regarding the treatment,” she wrote.
Expressing her disappointment at the spread of false information, Samantha criticized the circulation of fake reports. She called for the media to be more responsible when sharing sensitive details regarding medical conditions like myositis.
