Prabhas’ Kalki Release Date – ‘I Need To Check Astrology’

The original date of release for Superstar Prabhas’ upcoming film “Kalki 2898 AD” is January 12, 2024. Though the makers unleashed a storm with the first-ever teaser of the film recently when they released it at the Comic-Con event, they haven’t given any sure shot clarity about the date and rumours are clouding that the film hit cinemas on May 9th, (Jagadekaveerudu release date) as a sentiment for Vyjayanthi Movies. And now, in an interview given to a national media house, director Nag Ashwin has given a funny answer regarding the same.

Due to the pending visual effects work and the kind of quality output they want to deliver, Nag Ashwin stated that it is actually taking some time. But when the interviewer asked him if May 9th is the date, then he added a funny reply to it. “I’ve to check horoscopes and a few constellation positions to know the release date of the movie” said Nag Ashwin, in his video interview with the national media house. This is now clarifying rumours that the release of Kalki will not happen in January and even the May date is also not fixed.

With Prabhas in the lead, Kamal Haasan as his villain and Deepika Padukone as his leading lady, while Amitabh Bachchan plays as supporting role, it is coming out that a short part of the shooting is yet to be wrapped but that will be completed in next couple of months.
