Director’s Comeback Film: Big Stars, Big Budget & Big Expectations

Director AR Muragadoss has been planning to make a comeback with success for quite some time now, and he has finally locked the project. Sivakarthikeyan will headline the film with Mrunal Thakur playing his love interest in this intense action entertainer, laced with thrill elements.

The untitled project is said to be the Second most expensive film of Sivakarthikeyan after Ayalaan. Muragadoss has taken enough care to come up with an out-and-out action entertainer that his fans expect from him.

The project is expected to begin shooting by the end of this year after Sivakarthikeyan wraps up his current project with director Rajkumar Periyaswamy. Renowned music director Anirudh Ravichander will add his magic to the film’s soundtrack, and the pre-production work is already in full swing.

The film’s shoot is expected to begin by the year-end. ARM wants to finish the shoot in less working days and bring it for a grand release next year itself.

ARM’s last film as a director is Darbar, which failed to meet the expectations of the audience.
