Amidst the ongoing discussions about Megastar Chiranjeevi’s recent film choices being perceived as commercially oriented, Chiranjeevi is demonstrating his unique approach to his career path. Despite the mixed reception surrounding Bholaa Shankar and the negative feedback circulating, the Mega Star is once again collaborating with a seasoned director who has been out of the limelight, if rumours are true.
Upon his return to the silver screen, Chiranjeevi not only took on a remake project like Khaidi No 150, but also entrusted the directorial reins to the accomplished VV Vinayak. Vinayak has previously delivered blockbuster hits like Aadi, Tagore, and Adhurs, showcasing his directorial prowess. While his recent track record might not reflect the same level of success, it’s exciting news that Chiranjeevi’s upcoming project, following his work with Sushmitha Konidela in Kalyan Krishna’s direction, will be helmed by VV Vinayak.
While some might question the decision to work with Vinayak, given his recent form, it’s essential to remember that the core of a film lies in its story and screenplay. A director’s creative input remains pivotal, regardless of past successes or setbacks. After all, every filmmaker has their unique touch that can contribute positively to the overall project, even if they’ve faced challenges in the past and we have to see what Vinayak will do now.
In addition to these collaborations, Chiranjeevi is also in discussions to initiate a project directed by the talented filmmaker Mallidi Vasshist, known for the film Bimbisara.
