Nagarjuna To Join Sankranthi Race!

Akkineni Nagarjuna is all set to join the Sankranthi race. Already it is crowded with the likes of Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram, Ravi Teja’s Eagle and other films.

Now, Nagarjuna is all set to jump into this space and jostle for the screens for the Pongal festival. Noted dance choreographer Vijay Binni, who choreographed popular songs like Mastaru from Dhanush’s Sir and Naga Shaurya’s Chalo, is going to make his directorial debut.

The team is planning to shoot a teaser video and release it on the eve of Nagarjuna’s birthday i.e 29th August. The makers are begin the shoot immediately and wrap it up on time. The whole film has Sankranthi as the major background. Hence, the film is apt for Pongal festival.

Producers Srinivaasaa Chitturi and Pavan are planning a grand release for Sankranthi. MM Keeravani is scoring music for this film. More details of cast and crew are awaited. A formal announcement is likely to be made soon.
