Varun Tej On Gandeevadaari Arjuna, Previous Flops & Janasena

“I’m not comparing with the grand scale of KGF because that film is a big budgeted one, while ours is wrapped in a tighter budget. But then, what catches your attention is the mother emotion in KGF and that’s what is needed even for action movies. Here in Gandeevadaari Arjuna as well, you will witness similar emotion” says Varun Tej as he promotes this Friday’s release.

In an exclusive chat with Gulte.com, Varun Tej revealed that he learnt a lot from the flop show of Gani movie, which caused losses for his producers, who happen to be his cousins. “Though I’ve carved body, somehow the involvement of too many heads spoiled the dish. But then, I’ve learnt a lot from the film in terms of putting in great efforts and how they get paid off” said Varun Tej.

Shredding more light on this upcoming action thriller, Varun Tej stated that the film will not have explosive action blocks, but those action scenes drive the plot forward all the time, and it will have huge emotions interlaced with it. “Overall the film will leave you with some awareness regarding global warming and climate change, and that will make you keep thinking for a week easily” he adds.

Do you love to support your father politically and take part in the Janasena campaign? “Even if I share my opinion on this matter or if I don’t share, it won’t affect me. So I’m going to share my thing” says Varun Tej, as he explains what has drawn him towards Janasena and Pawan Kalyan. Watch the full interview to know more about his political thoughts and inclinations.
