Mass Raja Raviteja is currently awaiting the release of “Tiger Nageswara Rao” whose teaser has exceeded all expectations, while he is also wrapping movies like “Eagle” which will be released early next year. At this juncture, a new rumour about an old rumour has resurfaced in the film circles. Here’s what the snippet is.
Apparently there were rumours earlier that senior hero Nagarjuna and Mass Raja will team up for the remake of the Tamil superhit film “Vikram Vedha”. While the rumours have flown for years, the film never took off, and the directors of the original version have remade the film in Hindi with Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan in the leading roles. With the Hindi version going for a toss at the box office, surely none are showing interest in this remake on the given day. But now, reports have emerged that both Pawan Kalyan and Raviteja might join hands for this remake, to be directed by Color Photo fame Sandeep Raj.
With this news out, some advised Raviteja to not do another such multi-starrer like Waltair Veerayya while some asked Pawan Kalyan to stop doing remakes. But some advised that they chose the right director like KS Bobby or Gopichand Malineni to handle the film not an inexperienced chap like Sandeep Raj to handle direction. However, the director later clarified in some comments on Twitter that he is doing an original story with Raviteja which he wrote for 3 years, but not doing any remake.
